Term & Conditions

  • Surcharge may be applied to festive longweekend.

  • Rack Rates apply for:

    • New Year ( 31st Dec & 1st Jan )

    • Chinese New Year & Thai New Year (Songkran)

  • Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht including Breakfast for two (4 for Family Suite), Service Charges and Taxes..

  • Check in time:13:00. Check out time :12:00 (Noon)

  • A child under 6 years old is free of charge.

  • Two children 6 years old or younger are counted as 1 Extra person.

  • We charge 850 Baht for an Extra person per night which includes breakfast, extra mattress, and amenities.

  • For longer stay of more than 3 nights, please contact us for special rates.

  • Most major and local credit cards are welcome.

Pet Policy

  1. Pets with maximum size of 10 Kg.
  2. Pets must stay with their owners at Hiranyika building.
  3. Additional charge for pet is 600 baht per night.
  4. Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed at: Beach Building, Pool and Deck areas.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation of reservations must be received and acknowledged by the hotel 21 days prior to arrival date for full refund less related credit card and bank fees.

  2. A cancellation received by the hotel after the time frame allowed will subject to late cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s rent or the advanced deposit amount.

  3. No refund will be granted for cancellation made less than 96 hours before 12:00 o’clock (noon) of the arrival date or no show.
